We have received reports that ASSIST and eSubmission are experiencing intermittent network connectivity issues. As a result, there may be a delay in the processing of applications. We are working with central NIH IT staff to quickly resolve the issue.

It is acceptable to list multiple impacted applications in the same ticket.
