eRA IntraneteRA releases software on a weekly basis to meet the needs of its customers. These weekly releases take place during the day, require no downtime and are closely coordinated with the relevant business communities.
eRA also conducts maintenance on its databases, modules and Web sites to provide enhanced IT security and increased network reliability. This maintenance usually occurs on the second Saturday of the month from 7 p.m. to 8 a.m.
The chart below, updated regularly, lists the anticipated dates, times and affected systems for the maintenance. To get information on eRA releases, please subscribe to the eRA-Information-L listserv.
* Email communications will not be sent to users regarding scheduled maintenance down times. Users are encouraged to check this schedule for maintenance dates and system availability.
