Added a new help topic for institutional business officials (IBOs) that have been misidentified as the IBO for a particular LRP applicant. A new option lets such IBOs opt out of future communications about an applicant if they are not the correct IBO. See Request to Be Removed as an IBO.

A new section and link were added to the Personal Profile in eRA Commons to enable submission of banking information. This new Secure Payee Registration link is visible only for LRP applicants who were initially selected for LRP funding and for LRP participants eligible for reimbursement. Descriptions were added for the calculations methods for contract dates for intramural applicants; see Contract Date Calculations (new applications) and Contract Date Calculations (renewal applications).

LRP help has been updated with separate instructions for intramural vs extramural LPR applicants (previously, LRP help contained extramural instructions only.)
