Scores

In order to see the scores for the meeting, select "Final Scores" from the "Go To:" drop-down just as you would with non-virtual meetings. (click to view)

On the resulting screen, below the Meeting Information section, you will see the details of the scoring. (click to view)

Above the scoring table, you have the following global options; (click to view)

• Final Score Matrix link - Download the Final Score Matrix as a .csv file by clicking on this link.
• Delete All Final Scores - Use this button to remove all Final scores.
• Sweep selected applications to ND, DF, or NR statuses - Use the check boxes in the first column to select the applications to sweep and then click on ND (Not Discussed), DF (Deferred), or NR (Not Recommended).

In the score information area, the columns are sortable by clicking underlined titles in the column headers.

The following are the column headers. Click on any column header name below to expand the description of the information provided and any other functions.

• Sweep Select- Allows the user to select all applications or individual applications. Once selected, the user would then use the "Sweep Selected to:" option above the chart.
• Rev Order- Indicates the order of review for each project.
• Application Number- (Two links)
  • Clicking on the application number opens up the Grant Folder information.
  • Clicking on the three-dot ellipsis icon open a menu listing all the available actions:
  

• PI Name - The PI's name is displayed as a link, which opens the List of Applications for PI - <PI Name> screen. Refer to List of Applications for Specific PI. 
• Conflicts- Indicates the number of conflicts for each application/project.
• Final Scores- Shows how many final scores have been submitted.
• Assigned Reviewers- Shows the total number of assigned reviewers.
• Assigned Reviewers Final Score Range- Shows the range (lowest to highest) of the final scores that have been submitted by assigned reviewers.
• All Reviewers Final Score Range- This column displays the range of scores, from lowest to highest, entered by all Reviewers for this application, regardless of assignment. The number in brackets represents the total number of scores entered by assigned Reviewers. This number does not include non-numeric scores.
• Priority Score- This column will show the priority score for that project when "Show" is selected in the column header.
• The "Final Score Details" link will show the scoring results for criterion and final scores from each reviewer.
• "View All Critiques" will download a PDF file of the Preliminary IAR Critique.
