RTMS Basics
Users with SRO or ESA authority whose accounts hold the CM_SRA_ROLE or the CM_GTA_ROLE are able to use the Discussion Status screen in IAR. These roles also grant access to the RTMS mobile site.
NOTE: Additional functionality is not available for review staff via the mobile site. The information on this site will display in a read only format.
- In RTMS, meetings may appear in the following statuses:
- Not Started – This status indicates that the meeting has not yet been started by the SRO via the Discussion Status screen in IAR
- In Progress – This status indicates that the meeting has begun and is currently ongoing.
- On Hold – This status indicates that the meeting has been placed on hold by the SRO on the Discussion Status screen in IAR.
- Ended - This status indicates that the meeting has been marked as Finished by the SRO using the Discussion Status screen
- In RTMS, applications will display with the following statuses. These statuses will update over the course of the meeting.
- Pending: This status is assigned to all applications once the meeting has begun. This indicates that the application has not yet been discussed.
- In Progress: This status is assigned to a single application at a time to indicate that the application is currently being discussed.
- Completed: This status is assigned to applications for which discussion has concluded.
- Not Discussed: This status is assigned to applications within the meeting that are not discussed.
NOTE: Program Officials will not see the Not Discussed status. For POs, all applications that have been given a conclusive status (Completed or Not Discussed) will appear as “Completed.”
