Creating an invention report in iEdison is the first step in reporting to the government intellectual property that has resulted from federally funded research and development.

The Create an Invention Report screen is accessible from the iEdison main menu. You will need to enter or submit the following information: general invention information, the invention title, agencies related to the invention, additional inventors associated with the invention, and disclosure documents.

To view and modify an invention report, search for and select the appropriate invention report.
