Introduction to Real Time Meeting Status (RTMS)

Welcome to the Real Time Meeting Status (RTMS) online help for review staff, both scientific review officers (SROs) and extramural support assistants (ESAs). This collection of topics will guide you through the features and functionality of the RTMS system.

RTMS is a system that allows review staff to indicate in real time the discussion status of each application in a given review meeting that is set to use RTMS. This information is displayed to program officials for their assigned and/or tracked applications via a mobile website that is accessible from desktop computers, smartphones, and tablets.

Launching RTMS

On the home screen of the eRA Intranet, access the RTMS tool via the "Launch" link located under RTMS in the list of All Modules. Additionally, you can select Real Time Meeting Status from the System Launch dropdown on the upper right side of the screen.
