Using the Recruitment Phase

The Recruitment Phase is an optional meeting phase that allows potential Reviewers to view a list of personnel for a meeting and to self-identify any Conflicts of Interest before being selected as Reviewers in the meeting. The list of involved personnel is a list of all persons involved with an application. IMPAC II adds key personnel to the list automatically when applications are submitted. SROs also may enter names on this list based on additionally information.

The help topics pertaining to Recruitment Phase are grouped together for your convenience under the How Do I Use the Recruitment Phase? heading in the Contents panel, where they are listed in work flow order. You might also find these same topics located individually throughout this online help, within the associated menu headings for the various screens (e.g., within Meeting Administration topics).
